With a 5+ year contract with the principal miner, the site offers:Attractive, modern camp set up with good facilities (gym, wet mess etc)The camp is close to the mine, so limited travel in and outA high standard of food and quality canteen2:2 roster where you'll fly in on company time and out on your timeThe role and dutiesYou will enjoy working in a team of specialist tradespeople working on a wide range of UG mining equipment in the workshop and the field.
Your duties will include:Problem solving, diagnostics, servicing, general repairs10% field service breakdownsMachinery - drills, boggers, trucks, charge up equipment, IT'sRoster & hours7 day shifts, 7 night shifts, 14 off - 12 hour shiftsFly to site on the morning of day 1, fly home after night shift on shift 14FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville, Cairns (fly in on company time, fly home on your time)The opportunityThis is a great opportunity to secure a rare FIFO on a 2:2 roster to a site in north Queensland.
