We're moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityAn ER Specialist is a key role within the Case Management team, providing guidance, support, investigation, and representation on complex and medium/high-risk cases.
They are responsible for the coordination, tracking, and completion of cases with leaders, case management personnel, and legal teams.
This is an opportunity to positively influence our culture by partnering with our people leaders on disciplinary matters and advising on risk.What you'll deliver with usThe core purpose of this role is to conduct case management and coordination of all activities associated with employee-based investigations, including Harassment, Discrimination, Bullying, Whistleblower, Managing Director Complaints, Alcohol and Drug escalations, and standard ER case investigations.You'll also:Be responsible for case management and supporting investigations for people leaders and employees.Provide expert advice, case coordination, and review of recommendations for all ER activities.Ensure investigations are trauma-informed and conducted to the highest standards of procedural fairness.Provide targeted interventions and support to identified areas of the business.About youYou will have a high level of influencing skills to ensure resolution when managing cases and demonstrate attention to detail in managing cases and ensuring accuracy of information.You'll also need:Experience in end-to-end case management.Experience in providing advice on workplace investigations, particularly in relation to Harassment, Discrimination, and Bullying.Experience with key external bodies including Fair Work Commission.Ability to navigate the industrial landscape effectively.Experience in conducting sound investigations through critical thinking.Support for People Leader capability development for investigations.How we'll deliver for youBe part of a culture where everybody feels they belong and are valued.We deliver on our values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment, and Safety.Flexible working across head office and facilities.We're delivering togetherAt Australia Post, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we operate.
