We represent an enviable roster of clients within the beauty, lifestyle and wellness sector and are looking for a fun, energetic and passionate full-time Press Office and Social Media Coordinator to be part of our rapidly growing team.An ideal candidate for this role is someone that is looking to start their career in public relations – a creative PR or communications graduate, brimming with potential.We are a small team, so this is an amazing opportunity to learn and work directly with the agency founder across all aspects of the business and across some of the world's most coveted and internationally acclaimed beauty brands. We are looking for someone that lives and breathes beauty, health and wellness like we do. Someone that would love to work collaboratively, is honest, reliable and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to social media. Though you'll be holding an entry-level position, your work will be instrumental in the development and execution of PR plans and strategies.Essential for success in this role is being super organised, able to multi-task, keep to deadlines, have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with strong written and verbal skills.Role overview:Flexible working conditionsCompetitive salaryFun, vibrant and social work environmentKey responsibilities:Providing direct support to Account ManagersUpdating and maintaining media and influencer outreach listsManaging LBPR showroomCoordinating media and influencer requests for press materials, samples and imageryManaging and attending events when neededSharing creative ideas for events, creative mailers and campaignsBooking and coordinating courier pick-ups and deliveriesAssist in compilation of monthly reporting and editorial evaluations for clientsManagement of LBPR social media accountsKey skills required:Great verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills especially Mac OSGreat organisational skillsSelf-motivated with a roll your sleeves up, can do attitudeOutgoing and confidentApply now
