Position OverviewHVAC Project Manager - Data Centre Projects
The CompanyA leading privately owned mechanical contractor with a strong reach across the ANZ market is currently looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team and work on the delivery of a major commercial project in the city.
The RoleReporting to the General Manager and working alongside an experienced Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of mechanical services across data centre projects.
This group has established long-lasting relationships across the DC space and you will be supported by an experienced site-based team as well as a growing in-house engineering, drafting & estimating department.
You will take responsibility for managing and completing projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality control, overseeing OH&S, and project claim forecasting.
You will be a confident communicator, able to liaise with key clients & stakeholders whilst mentoring and supporting junior members of the team in their development.
Minimum RequirementsWe are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience within the mechanical contractor sector.
Prior experience within the ANZ market is a necessity for this role.
You must have experience managing projects from $5-$10 million upwards, with prior experience in the data centre space being a major benefit.
