The Role Due to further expansion of our clients' busy engineering teams, we currently have specific, live openings for experienced Civil Engineers and Senior Civil Engineers with experience on either local or interstate land development projects, or local or interstate roads and highways projects to join these thriving engineering businesses in Perth.
The scope of work includes:
providing design expertise on local, interstate, and at times international projects, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersproviding oversight and effective project management skills throughout all stages of the project lifecycle from design to handoverdemonstrating finely tuned consulting and business development skills, building effective long-term relationshipsplaying an active role in the development of internal standards and processessupporting the growth and development of junior engineers and expansion of the businessSenior Engineers - you will benefit from the strong pipeline of work to support the further development of your career with opportunities to lead key projects and teams, or become a technical expert or director.
Junior to Experienced Engineers - you will have the opportunity to build on your foundation of skills under the wings and guidance of senior engineers and cohesive leadership teams that recognize that junior engineers can only develop through structured training and development opportunities and strong mentors.
