About the Role The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items across the Hospital.
The department operates on a daily ward replenishment cycle and uses SAP to manage all inventory transactions.
The successful person will be responsible for ward stock replenishment in critical care areas, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, some relief Goods receivals, and much more.
Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for the Hospital.
You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Supply Manager.
About you You will be a highly organised and process-focused professional with previous experience in a stores or warehouse operation.
Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus.
You will also demonstrate:
Experience in working in a service-focused, busy supply environmentExcellent time management and organisation skillsProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as requiredProven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracyExperience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable)Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)Available Monday to Friday between hours 7.30am to 4pmRemuneration Hourly rate ranging from $26.50 - $31.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications.

About Us Pindara Private Hospital is an acute medical/surgical and maternity hospital serving the northern end of the Gold Coast.
We have been a leading healthcare provider for this community for more than 50 years.
This brings the total number of licensed beds at Pindara to 348.
The Hospital is serviced by 16 onsite operating theatres, a cardiac catheterisation lab, 2 dedicated endoscopy suites, a 9 bed ICU and a 5 Bed CCU; five luxurious delivery suites, 25 maternity beds and a 16-cot special care nursery, a specialised 13 bed paediatrics ward; as well as modern ward accommodation for medical and surgical patients.
The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics with 72 Australian sites employing over 34,000 people.
