Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, construction, commissioning and operational support.
The Opportunity We are on the lookout for a motivated Payroll Officer to join our Head Office team located in Ascot, WA to support and assist our busy payroll team process our weekly payroll.
Your typical day will consist of: Assisting with weekly payroll for approximately 600 people, including salaries and enterprise agreementsMaintaining employee records and filingMaintaining confidentiality of payroll and personnel informationEnsuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and applicable lawWhat we are looking for: 5 years + experience in payroll administrationAdvanced level of proficiency across Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detailAbility to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficientlyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environmentWhat's on offer?
