Founded 30 years ago by brothers Michael and John, the BORG group of companies originally began as Borg's Kitchens, a small joinery business which started in the garage of their parents' home.
Today, the business has grown into a successful Australian manufacturing company, employing over 2000 people.
With a commitment to Australian manufacturing, Australian Panels has become one of Australia's leading manufacturers of Melamine panels, Thermolaminated doors, particleboard, and components for all joinery applications, well known through the polytec brand.
Alongside is Crossmuller, building world class manufacturing facilities from design through to construction, to mechanical, electrical, and engineering installation and commissioning.
Space Urban supports the Borg group of companies by specialising in the design and property development, environmental planning and approvals, and property management.
And with the addition of reDirect Recycling, the group now focuses on returning single source products to the manufacturing processes.
The business is driven by the two founders, who move quickly with the market and continue to use their entrepreneurial instinct to innovate and develop ahead of market trends.
The company does not lend itself to hierarchical chains of command.

About the Role We are currently seeking a Junior / Graduate Lawyer, or an experienced Paralegal / Conveyancer, to join our team in Somersby.
Under the guidance and mentorship of the General Counsel, you will be responsible for:
Preparing & reviewing basic legal documentsConducting legal researchAssisting with the preparation of adviceFile review and managementActing as point of contact with key stakeholdersOther duties as required to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the legal department and business as a wholeAbout you To be successful in this role you will have:
Either experience as a paralegal, conveyancer or a law degreeKnowledge of legal professional and ethical responsibilities relating to client confidentiality and conflicts of interestStrong written skills, excellent computer skills including familiarity with MS applications and Leap legal softwareSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAbility to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the businessExperience in one or more of the following fields would be highly advantageous:
Debt recoveryCommercial leasingCompetition and Consumer lawPlanning lawMergers & AcquisitionsPrivacy lawWork Health & Safety lawConveyancing experience essential, including with PEXAThe salary for this position will be dependant based on experience.
