Working closely with the Property and Construction department, your key responsibility will be to identify and recommend new sites, locations and/or acquisitions that align with CFL's core business, liaise with developers and drive timely delivery of products.The key duties of this role will include:Identify and recommend new sites for expansion of the CFL network.Negotiate favourable terms for the business.Review site plans and make recommendations as necessary to meet Franchise requirements.Manage key project dates through to handover to Operations.Prepare presentations and financial feasibilities for approval by Real Estate Committee.Negotiate and finalise legal contracts in accordance with CFL policies and requirements.Work with key stakeholders within the business to deliver the project on time and on budget.Liaise with Real Estate industry professionals.Interstate travel as required.Why work for Collins Foods?Our mission at Collins is Restaurants Done Better.
