Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Noumi Limited (ASX: NOU) is an Australian company driven by our purpose of Imagining a Healthier Tomorrow.From our pioneering origins in plant and dairy beverages to our expertise in nutritionals, we blend the wonders of nature with the power of science to create leading brands that nourish our consumers, our communities, and our planet.Drawing on our strong heritage of research, collaboration, and continual strategic innovation, our high-performing Positive Nutrition brands are well-positioned to grow sustainably and thrive financially in local and global markets.The OpportunityAs a critical member of the Quality team, the Systems Coordinator will:Ensure Quality Management systems are maintained and updated as required.Lead the consumer and customer relations team.Lead and coordinate QMS transition to ileader system.Support sales with required documentation for export and domestic requirements.Manage Audit program coordination for retailer and GFSI standards.Represent Quality in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Standardise and enhance QA procedures, processes, and systems.Ensure compliance through QMS framework maintenance and audits.Monitor Quality Performance and manage corrective actions.Oversee specifications and Master Data management.What you'll bringAustralian import and export legislation knowledge, South East Asia importing country requirements, ACCC requirements and application, and exposure to USFDA requirements.Tertiary education in science, engineering, computer science or quality disciplines and demonstrated experience.High level of knowledge and experience with quality systems, HACCP and auditing.Experience in change management.Understanding of proven RCA processes, NCR and complaint management processes.Knowledge of specification systems.Ability to understand and interpret technical and official documents.Experience and capability to drive change.External audit experience and sound knowledge of SQF, CFMSR, WQA, FSC and similar standards.Why Noumi?A new day brings new opportunities and possibilities.
