This role provides a high level of customer service and support to partners and employees within the firm.
This is a great entry-level role for someone looking for a career in a law firm.
You will be involved in:
Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail; Coordinating and processing outgoing mail; Attending to court filing; Assisting in setting up for firm events and seminars when needed; Daily banking; Cleaning of kitchens; Backup to Reception and Switchboard; and Delivering legal documents to Chambers and the Courts. About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Qualification in either a business or legal administration course; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Team player with a flexible approach; Reliable with a 'can do' attitude and proactive approach; Ability to work under pressure during peak times; About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
