Join Vic Park City, a dynamic and well-respected automotive dealership, as our next Accounts Officer.About the RoleAs an experienced Accounts Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our dealership. Your keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will ensure that all financial processes run smoothly. Part-time hours negotiable for the right candidate, school hours, WorkLife balance.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.Reconcile bank accounts, statements, and general ledger accounts.Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment runs.Assist in payroll processing and compliance reporting.Support end-of-month financial reporting activities.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.Provide support to the finance team and other departments as required.About YouExperienced in Accounts Payable and Receivable essential.Proven experience in an accounts or finance role, ideally within the automotive or retail industry.Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential).Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits package.Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.A well-established dealership with a strong community presence.How to Apply:Ready to become a part of the Vic Park City family?
