Legal Receptionist – Contract Position $37 per hour + super Initial 6 month contract with the potential for a permanent opportunity Start date will be mid to late January with interviews being conducted early January Full time, Monday to Friday Dubbo location – Full time on site A police check and two reference checks will be conducted for the successful candidate after the interview stage About the Company: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, engaging, and hardworking Receptionist to join the team for an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position during this time.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a corporate and legal environment, and we are open to candidates who are looking to grow and develop their careers.

Duties within the role will include but are not limited to: Reception - phone calls, messages, greeting clients Photocopying and printing Organising and setting up meeting rooms Court runs Stationary orders/maintaining of stock Mail/courier duties Assisting with archiving duties Skills & Experience: A level of maturity and resilience is required in this role due to the nature of the work Understanding or experience handling confidential and sensitive information High level communication skills (face to face, email, and phone) Well presented and a professional phone manner Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle complex/difficult enquiries with the highest level of professionalism Ability to take initiative and support the team where required High level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills Adaptable, quick learner with a can-do attitude Efficient, confident and hardworking Experience in Customer Service or Administration would be highly regarded, and training will be provided for the right person For further information or interest in the role, please email a copy of your updated resume to Brooke Dover at ****** APPLICATIONS CLOSING SOON Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
