Project Controls ManagerWork. Are you a strategic thinker and a guru at scheduling projects to achieve successful delivery? Join Sunwater as a Project Controls Manager for our Paradise Dam project, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring successful delivery of this iconic dam infrastructure project. You will be accountable for driving the integration of the project cost & schedule functions to deliver the best overall business outcomes for Sunwater, with experience in both planning and scheduling projects and maintaining cost control and progress measurement systems.
As a Project Controls Manager at Sunwater, you will:
Develop and integrate the Projects Master schedule, cost, and risks across all project stages (FEED, Detailed design, Procurement, delivery).Administer the full Project cost database setting the parameters for the end-to-end project cost including reconciliation and reporting against plan, earned value, contingency consumption, and sanction budgets.Support Project Leadership Team in managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure integrated reporting of project performance.We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure integrated reporting of project performance. You will have an extensive Project Controls history with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience. You will also bring:
Software experience: Extensive previous experience with P6, Prism, Excel, and Power BI.Strategic vision: Prepare detailed project reports providing financial and progress updates (burn rate, Cost Performance Index - CPI, Schedule Performance Index - SPI, Issues, risks, etc.) and steering committee packs.Communication skills: Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership, including the Board and executive leadership team.This role offers an array of attractive benefits including:
