Role Overview UMENCO is seeking a Senior Sales Associate | 2IC for a contemporary bridal designer whose aesthetic is defined by understated elegance with a focus on flawless fit.
This exciting role offers the opportunity to join a growing bridal designer at a pivotal time, where the successful talent will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for brides as they embark on the journey to find their dream dress.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a customer-based, fast-paced environment.
The Senior Sales Associate will take on a central position in the day-to-day retail operations, ensuring that each client feels supported and valued from their first consultation to the moment they walk down the aisle.
The successful talent will oversee appointments, guide clients through the selection process, and communicate with brides to ensure their needs and desires are met with precision and care.
The focus will be on creating an unparalleled bridal experience, maintaining the presentation of the showroom, and collaborating with the management team to drive sales and operational success.
The ideal talent will have a proven sales background with at least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the bridal or wedding industry.
The Senior Sales Associate will demonstrate a history of achieving sales targets and have the ability to think critically, problem-solve, and multitask in a busy environment.
With a positive, growth-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
This is a part-time role with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.
