The Role
Are you a dynamic, energetic, and driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the world of transport, distribution and logistics?
Toll Global Logistics is seeking a highly motivated National Operations Manager to join our National team.
This position is customer facing primarily based at Minchinbury with travel to other sites expected.

As the National Operations Manager , you will:
Team Development & Leadership: Enhance the team's ability to meet KPIs and manage customer relations.
Coach, mentor, and manage the operations team to maximize output.
Budget Management: Participate in setting and meeting budgets, including forecasting.
Operational Excellence & Safety and Compliance: Maintain high standards in customer service, safety, and environmental performance.
Ensure all safety and legislative requirements are met.
Customer Focus & Relations: Ensure a customer-first mindset across operations.
Maintain a strong working relationship with key customers like Woolworths.
Continuous Improvement: Develop initiatives for growth and innovation, and continuously improve business processes.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure on-time delivery and cost-efficient operations.
What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Logistics Management or Business or related discipline.
Proven experience in a similar role within the transport or logistics industry.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management.
In-depth knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
Exceptional customer service orientation & Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
