Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to work on a variety of trucks, trailers, and machinery.
Our business carries out Fleet Maintenance and Servicing on all American, Japanese, and European trucks, Mon-Fri with weekend work as required.

We are looking for a trade qualified, self-motivated, reliable person who has experience working unsupervised in a busy environment on a mixture of trucks & trailers.
The ideal candidate would be looking for a long-term position and have an ability to problem solve and take responsibility, when required, for mechanical issues that may arise while on the job.

Repairs & maintenance of heavy vehicles, trailers & equipment Welding and fabrication as required Experienced diagnostic of mechanical faults In order to be successful, you will be required to have the following:
Experience in the industry HR Drivers Licence preferred but not essential A current Drivers Licence Forklift Licence Available to work Monday to Saturday A desire to work overtime Welding & Electrical experience would be highly regarded An organised and professional approach to working including time management General computer skills Ability to perform physical tasks of the role including bending, heavy lifting and carrying, manual labour and use of hand tools AC license preferred but not essential Approved Examiner/Roadworthy license preferred but not essential If you are a professional tradesman with a positive attitude, we would like to hear from you.
