Lawyer
to join our
Commercial Insurance (CTP)
team in
Sydney
working with
Renée Sadler .
About the team and the work
This is a national team that represents licensed insurers and scheme agents in every state and territory in Australia.
The team manages claim portfolios and defends litigated claims.
They are experts in major and catastrophic personal injury matters, intricate medical and fraudulent claims, complex liability disputes, and damages.
This practice is high volume and will allow you to become a subject matter expert in this area of law through support from senior team members.
You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make a move to a national firm with the opportunity to progress as the practice and broader team continue to grow.
About you
Prior experience gained in an insurance or litigation practice.
Plaintiff and in-house experience considered.
Previous experience in personal injury claims and CTP highly regarded.
Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your time with proven file management skills.
