DXC Claims Management is excited to commence operations in NSW, partnering with icare to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers in New South Wales.
With over 20 years of experience in worker's compensation claims management, a unique opportunity exists to join a new DXC team and contribute to bringing DXC's claims management expertise to icare and the people of New South Wales.
The Eligibility Officer will be required to decide whether to accept or reject claims and transition claims to appropriate Case Managers for ongoing management.
The role will also calculate PIAWE, advise Dispute Resolutions Managers for the rationale for original decisions and identify the recovery potential of claims.
Required skills, experience and qualifications Strong working knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation Act 1987 and associated Regulations and/or Legal QualificationTwo years or more experience in initial claims assessment (Case Manager), or one year or more in a paralegal or legal assistant positionBeing flexible and can adapt to changeAbility to interpret and implement decisions according to the rules and regulationsStrong stakeholder management skills including negotiation and influencing with internal and external customers.About DXC DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) helps global companies run their mission critical systems and operations while modernising IT, optimising data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.
