Our client in the public sector seeks an APS 6 Team Leader, Performance and Conduct for a non-ongoing contract of up to 12 months.
Hourly rate of $65 - $69.50 P / H plus superUp to 12 months contractExcellent workplace culture and collaborative teamAbout the Role Take the lead in shaping the performance culture of a dynamic team in a high-impact, collaborative environment.
As Team Leader for Performance and Conduct, you'll oversee key people management processes, ensuring effective and compliant handling of complex performance and conduct issues.
