Service Station Retail Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service station.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and station maintenance.
Recruit, train, and supervise team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory orders to maintain operational efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer experience.
Prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and forecast sales to support business objectives.
Ensure the service station's cleanliness and organization at all times.
Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the service station or convenience store industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
