Security Operations Manager

I-MED is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring the protection of both physical and digital assets. This key role involves developing and implementing security strategies, leading a team, and working closely with internal departments and external vendors to effectively safeguard against potential threats. Join us in making a real impact on securityKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Business Planning: Develop adaptable IT architecture aligned with business needs and strategic goals. Collaborate with IT leadership for infrastructure planning.Demand, Capacity & Planning: Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure to meet demands, ensuring proactive performance monitoring and SLA compliance.Change & Security Management: Oversee IT infrastructure changes, enforce security policies, manage breaches, and evaluate security improvements.Operations Management: Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and satisfaction. Oversee IT projects like upgrades, installations, and maintenance.Relationships & Team Leadership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
