Senior Business Analyst - Cards and PaymentsThis Big 4 Bank is working on a transformation around Merchants for their cards domain around Onboarding, Servicing, Billing and more. They're working on upgrading the systems for Merchants to be onboarded into their systems, with specific focus around pricing, billing and assessing the risk for each Merchant in a timely and efficient manner. They also want to focus on upgrading the product offerings for each Merchant as well.
They are looking for a qualified Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of Business Analyst experience who has close alignment to the cards and payments domain, specifically within Merchants (Acquiring, Onboarding, and Risk).
What you'll do: Serve as the primary liaison between the Domain, Technology, and Business Product OwnerAnalyse business requirements and produce documented and approved specifications for any new or change to technology applications and/or business processesWork with the Product Owner to refine the backlog of the team through prioritisation, estimation, and decision makingSupport backlog delivery focusing the team on the highest priority workRepresent the voice of the Customer and Colleague when developing the product roadmapSupport Developers, Engineers, and UX designers in understanding the requirements so they can deliver on their commitmentsWhat you bring: Solution Gap AnalysisData MappingProblem solvingAnalysis and delivery experience within complex environmentsWorkshop and facilitation skillsFamiliarity with tooling such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, FigmaStrong knowledge in Cards acquiring and Merchant RiskStrong knowledge around Merchant OnboardingWhat sets this company apart: Our client is renowned for their commitment to innovation within the financial services sector.
