We are seeking motivated and dedicated Home Help Personal Carers to join our team at the Smithton District Hospital (SDH) and Community Health Centre.
The Role: The Home Help Personal Carer will, within a primary health care framework, function effectively as a member of the health care team concerned with the care of an individual and their family unit within the community setting.
The occupant of this position provides home help and personal care to the client within their own home.
Details of appointment: Fixed term, casual, day worker positions available, working as and when required, for approximately twelve (12) months.
Note: hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
