Graphic Designer - Campaign Focused - The Mark Agency We are seeking a talented and versatile campaign and brand Graphic Designer to join our team of awesome Creatives, Marketing Strategists, and Digital Specialists.

In this role, you will work closely with our Creative Director, Art Director, and creative teams to create stunning campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms for popular Aussie household brands.

We're looking for someone with a good eye, who takes pride in their work and who wants to have a bit of fun on the way.

Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Create engaging designs for activations, digital advertisements, social media content, email campaigns, print materials, and other marketing collateral.
Produce deliverables with attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across all materials.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator skills.
• Prepress skills are an absolute must.
• Working knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• We work in a Mac OSX environment.
• Experience in Adobe After Effects and/or Figma is a plus.

Education/Experience:
• Tertiary education in Graphic Design or similar/equivalent experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 3-5 years professional graphic design experience minimum.
• Digital experience required.
• Prior experience working in an agency environment or similar is desirable.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task projects.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive, self-starter, creative, resourceful, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• You may or may not like coffee, raiding the kitchen for snacks, trivia, team gatherings, and/or potentially engaging in friendly disputes over the office Spotify playlist.
