The Opportunity We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians - and we are now looking for a high calibre technician to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.
If you are sustainably minded and customer focused, we want you to use your knowledge to fix our appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly with our spare parts to satisfy our long-standing customers.

A major benefit within this role is flexibility as it supports a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.
Key Responsibilities Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventoryWhat are we looking for? Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable natureAre you excited?
