EO is looking for a detail-oriented architectural draftsperson to join our team.
You will be creating technical drawings for a wide array of typologies and scale.
To be successful you should possess a strong understanding of construction principles and practices, as well as an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues is required.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience and highly proficient with BIM software - ArchiCAD is preferred The successful individuals will be working closely with Senior members of our team throughout the design process with a level of autonomy working through the delivery of projects.
This role requires a high level of technical, documentation and delivery experience through all phases of design with a focus on Tender and post tender documentation.
This role is full time.
