Grape & Wine Contracts Administrator About the role Reporting to the Manager - Sourcing & Viticulture, this role provides important administrative support for grape and bulk wine purchasing/selling across Australia:
Prepare grape supply and bulk wine agreements and schedule revisionsLiaise with legal regarding grape and bulk wine agreements, maintaining registers as requiredPrepare and process grower and bulk wine paymentsAssist with administration of Grape salesWork directly with GLO's and growers and assist with any queries they may haveCoordinate distribution of Grape dispatch documents prior to vintageMaturity label creation and distribution prior to vintagePrint and issue all documentation and books for Contract Processing crush sitesAssist with the management of bulk wine trading and administrationMonthly and vintage reportingAbout you With strong planning and organisational skills, you will have proven experience in an administration environment:
