We are seeking applications for a Marketing Officer position at our Redcliffe location.
Successful applicants will possess a strong understanding of the local labour market, be adept at cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and be confident in engaging with businesses to discuss staffing solutions.
In this role, you will facilitate access to employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
You will need to share our passion for what we do in this KPI driven environment

Responsibilities include: Generate and optimize employment for job seekers.Create job opportunities with effective marketing plans.Be committed to our value and helping others succeed.Selection criteria includes: Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, and experience and/or ability in recruitment, job matching and placement, preferably within the disability sector.'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environmentExperience and knowledge with Mental Health would be advantageous.Drive and energy to achieve quality outcomes.Great communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to consult, negotiate and problem solve.Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local communityA valid C class driving license.Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).Benefits: Competitive salary + tax savings.Option to opt in for car through salary sacrificing.17.5% Leave loading.Join a supportive and friendly successful team.Professional development.Values-based organisation with a clear vision and commitment to the client.Applications to close by Friday 19th July unless filled prior... thanks
