Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this job involvesAs the Concierge Supervisor, you will be coordinating the day-to-day activities for the team of concierge staff situated within our client's portfolio.A snapshot of the role:Provide leadership and be a key point of contact to the Workplace Services team membersCoordinate staff activities with the wider JLL teamAssess workplace requirements in a dynamic environment and allocate tasks to team membersOversee the appointment of casual and temporary staff to cover positions as neededApprove timesheets and maintain attendance records and rostersActively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, co-operation and excellence across the Workplace Services Team and identify opportunities for improvementSound like the job you are looking for?
