Expressions of Interest - Electrical SupervisorWe are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Electrical Supervisors for upcoming project works across multiple sites in Gladstone & Rockhampton.Gladstone Projects will see you working on our long-term Gladstone sites, Monday to Friday with an RDO every second Friday.Rockhampton is a DIDO pipeline project working on a 2/1 roster.In the role of Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews to ensuring project compliance are met.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Be home every night while living and working locally.Exposure across multiple sites/clients.Opportunity for redeployment throughout the Monadelphous business.Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture.What you will bringMinimum of 4 year's supervisory experience in the resources sectorCurrent Electrical Licence.Valid CPR/LVR Certificate.Experience leading a team of electrical workers ranging from Electrical tradesperson, Trade Assistants and Apprentices.A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Proof of right to work in Australia.Life at MonadelphousWe celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all.
