Job Responsibilities It is an exciting time to join the Queensland Recruitment Team at Macmahon
Our Recruitment Advisors are crucial in sourcing and hiring top talent.
They work with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing campaigns, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Your recruitment expertise and ability to build strong relationships will be key to success in this role.
This is a maximum term role, that could become permanent for the right person.
About the role Based in the Brisbane City Office - a short 2-minute walk from central station.Primarily recruiting operations employees at our largest Australian site.Office-based hours, Monday to Friday.Permanent full-time opportunity.Competitive salary.Working alongside a team of Recruitment and People Operations professionals reporting to the People Superintendent.

About Macmahon Macmahon is a leading Australian contract mining company with projects throughout Australia and Southeast Asia.
Delivering a comprehensive range of surface and underground mining, civil design and construction, performance enhancement, and mine site maintenance and rehabilitation services to the resources sector.
Recruitment process Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, as well as criminal history and qualification checks.
