Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing a portfolio of commercial properties across the Perth metro areaAssisting with preparation of budgets, outgoings, recoveries, forecasts and graphs.Management of financials including monthly reporting and reconciliations.Leasing Management – sign ups, renewals and negotiations.Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts.Liaising with key stakeholders, tenants and landlords, responding to queries as required.Managing maintenance requests – quotations, issuing work orders and invoices.Managing rent arrears, issuing notices as required.Managing administration of commercial property portfolio. Key Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Commercial Property Manager, managing a portfolio of commercial properties.Current Certificate of Registration.Ability to effectively communicate with all clientele, tenants and owners.Well-groomed presentation.Current Full "C" class WA driving license.Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software and manage spreadsheets.
