You will be a part of a skilled production workforce, with a focus on continual development and improvement of our safety culture; we live and breathe safety
Driving quality improvements ensuring customer satisfaction will also be one of your top priorities along with driving the LEAN and continuous improvement methodology, and implementation of strategies to improve production performances.

In addition, you'll:
Be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality Meet delivery schedules in line with requirements Maintain a high level of safety Maintain a strong customer focus About You We're looking to leverage your skills and experience in window manufacturing.
You need to have an open and transparent communication style, including the ability to gain trust.
You must be able to connect with a range of people at different levels and work well across all stakeholder groups to provide operational advice.
In addition, you must have:
