About The Opportunity : Driving Product Strategy for your business area; Chasing Sales and Margin growth alongside your Category Buyer.Managing OTB and Stock Targets for your business area.Building associated Option Plans at Cat / Sub Cat level to support OTB & business KPIs – AU & NZ.Driving the ranging process and product strategy with Buying Team managing spend across New / Core and delivering FM% targets.Managing Core Line stock availability – sales forecasts and purchases ensuring maximum availability in line with planned marketing campaigns.Leading after action reviews on key product launches and campaign / sale performance.Driving post season reviews with product team – what worked, what didn't + future action plan.What We Ask You To Bring To The Table : Demonstrated planning success within a retail environment.A strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a clear strategic vision.A love for numbers and analysis with a solution-based approach.Excellent time and prioritisation management.Advanced excel skills.What You'll Be Interested In : An awesome team where morale is strong, support is high, and communication is clear.Close involvement with the product team from the beginning of the product life cycle.A role where you will have full accountability.An opportunity to have an active role in the success of the business.Work / life balance is important to us.How To Apply : If you believe we have described you in the "What We'll Love About You" and you will thrive executing the "About The Opportunity" and you tick the "What We Ask You Bring To The Table" then we should be talking.
