Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are currently recruiting care staff for the City of Fairfield - Horsley Park, Cecil Park, Bonnyrigg Heights, Greenfield, St Johns Park, Prairiewood, Mt Prichard, Bossley Park, Wetherill Park and surrounding areas.
What's On Offer Permanent Part time contracts available depending on your location and availability to work Earn hourly rate of $31.74 to $33 per hour based on your experience plus 11.5% super Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time Stable roster & opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs Smartphone and Uniform – ready when you join us A fully supported and paid Induction program Become Cert III qualified in Individual Support (Aged Care) all fees paid (for eligible employees) Fitness Passport - a discounted gym membership program (for eligible employees and their families) Your New Role: Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings Personal Care: experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe Key Requirements: Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle Minimum 6 months experience in a similar industry and/or a Certification in Care Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday Willing to travel to all suburbs between St. George and the Sutherland Shire All Australian Unity Employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 with a minimum of 2 doses Align to our values of Warm, Bold & Honest Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory We welcome applicants that have experience and/or a qualification as a Disability Support Worker Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Community Services worker Bachelor of Nursing Students For any further information, please contact Silpa on ****** or simply apply today.
