As part of a company that supports major infrastructure and resource initiatives, your role as a business administrator will be pivotal in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring our team has the resources to succeed.
About the Role:The business administrator is a pivotal role responsible for managing administrative functions and enhancing our workplace efficiency and employee productivity.
This part-time role is structured around school hours, Monday to Friday, but we're open to discussing a four-day schedule with longer hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Travel coordination Event coordination Office management Onboarding and offboarding employees Mail and call management Portal and Microsoft 365 administration Compliance and record keeping Managing ad-hoc support requests What We're Looking For: Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word A proactive, can-do attitude with good attention to detail.
