What You'll Bring to the Team: 5+ years' experience operating graders on road construction projectsExpertise in detailed earthworks with pavementsPrecision Final Trim Operator skillsValid Driver Licence and Construction CardProficiency with GPS systems (essential) and familiarity with UTS systemsAbility to read and interpret construction plansStrong knowledge of equipment maintenance, with a hands-on approachDemonstrated ability to work safely, both independently and while leading a pavements team (desirable)Why Bild Group?
