Working collaboratively across borders and disciplines, you'll join a leading team working on interesting and complex projects. Our Mine Closure Team is searching for a Principal Mine Closure Specialist, to be based in Brisbane. This role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and closure planners to develop and deliver integrated mine closure solutions.This leadership role will grow our business in line with our business plan and strategy as a key member of the Mining Services business.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesContributing and implementing our Global and APAC mine closure strategy.Providing robust technical input and direction, focusing on mine closure planning.Overseeing and coordinating large, multi-disciplinary mine closure projects.Strengthening the market position by proactively seeking internal and external opportunities.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Science, or equivalent, coupled with previous consulting experience.Substantial experience in mine rehabilitation and mine closure planning.A proven track record in the delivery of large, multi-disciplinary projects on-time and on-budget.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
