This role will be a permanent full-time on-site position based in our Newcastle office.Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Office Services Manager will oversee and manage the office services function in the Newcastle office, including facility management, event management, and providing administration support to our Corporate Services Manager and, at times, support to the wider regional leadership team.Your day-to-day will involve providing service to both internal and external clients, and you'll be the go-to person for coordinating with suppliers and providers on building management matters as directed by the Corporate Services Manager.
You'll also manage a variety of administrative functions, including reception / front of house, mail and couriers, onboarding activities, facilities maintenance, meetings and catering, and corporate HSE activities.About YouTo be successful in the role, you will possess exceptional communication and leadership skills and a 'can-do attitude'.
You will enjoy problem-solving and be highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
The ability to build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships is also highly important for success in the role.Most of all, you will need to enjoy working in a team environment along with a good sense of humor and a collaborative attitude with a genuine desire to help out.
