The IT company Andersen invites a Data Analyst to join its team.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services.

ResponsibilitiesSupervising and mentoring analysts within the department.Developing metrics for analyzing the efficiency of departments and individual projects.Creating and maintaining dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators.Generating ideas for cost reduction and profit increase.RequirementsHigher education in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.Experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role for 2+ years.Proven experience in creating metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards.Advanced knowledge of SQL for data processing and analysis.Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis, such as Python.Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).Advanced Excel skills.Knowledge of statistics, regression, and cluster analysis, among others.Analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in data.Ability to proactively identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions.Skills in presenting analysis results to both technical and business audiences.Self-organization, responsibility, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.Level of English – from Intermediate and above.We will be glad to see you #J-18808-Ljbffr
