We're looking for a dynamic leader who can guide our Occupational Therapy department toward even greater heights, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of evidence-based care.What You'll Be DoingAs the Occupational Therapist Team Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Occupational Therapy team. Your leadership will shape the future of the department, ensuring that everything we do is aligned with our core values of excellence, innovation, and holistic care.Leading a high-performing team: Manage and mentor a passionate group of Occupational Therapists, supporting their professional development and helping them reach their full potential. You'll also have the opportunity to guide new graduates and oversee Allied Health student placements in our clinics.Developing clinical protocols: Design and implement evidence-based policies and procedures that drive continuous improvement in care and clinical outcomes.Collaboration is key: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, medical specialists, and referring partners to ensure seamless, integrated care for each client. You'll also have the chance to participate in MDT training and workshops.Championing client-centred care: Foster a collaborative culture within your team, ensuring that the needs of our clients are always at the forefront of everything we do. You'll also provide opportunities for new graduates to observe you in practice while you work with clients.Strategic leadership: As part of the leadership team, you'll contribute to business development, growth initiatives, and shaping the future direction of the clinic.Customised Case Load: Manage a reduced case load of your choosing to match your clinical preferences.What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need more than just technical expertise—you'll need the ability to inspire and lead by example. We're looking for someone with a strong clinical background and a passion for developing others.Experience matters: A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated leadership in managing allied health teams.Strong communication skills: Your ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, clinicians, and referral partners will be key to your success.Evidence-based practice: You'll bring a strong clinical reasoning mindset and a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for every client.Tech-savvy: Familiarity with electronic medical records and client management software is essential.Adaptable and resilient: We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate the evolving challenges of modern healthcare.What We OfferAt Soaring Health, we believe in setting you up for success.
