Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story.Position Summary:Minimum 12+ years of Testing Experience in Guidewire.Strong knowledge in Guidewire PC, BC and CC, with good hands-on experience.Sound knowledge of end-to-end P&C Insurance Application landscape with clear understanding of different applications and their role/business objective.Experience in managing transition/migration program.Experience in working with/handling 3rd party stakeholders.Strong in communication and stakeholder management.Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and formulate E2E test strategy and plan on Test Environment, Data Migration, Test Data, System Integration and Automation testing.Able to drive meetings and clearly communicate/articulate/identify action, action owner and deadline.Good presentation/reporting skills.Mandatory Skills:Guidewire Policy CentreGuidewire Billing CentreGuidewire Claim CentreRoles and Responsibilities:Ability to prepare detailed E2E Test Strategy for Product implementation/Upgrade/migration program in Guidewire.Able to manage transition/migration program.Able to work with/handling 3rd party stakeholders.Ability to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and plan on Test Environment, Data Migration, Test Data, System Integration and Automation testing.Able to drive meetings and clearly communicate/articulate/identify action, action owner and deadline.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization.Good presentation/reporting skills.Participate in daily standup calls, Iteration planning meetings, retrospection, QA community meetings etc.Salary Range: $100,000Date of posting: 04/11/2024Next Steps: If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you Please apply directly with us.
