Permanent position.If you have quoting experience from the Smash Repair industry, we would like to hear from you.
Apply, call in, or call us today on .Role ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to clients and work providers.Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.Process vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.Hand over completed repairs to customers.Does this sound like you?Previous collision repair industry experience (Essential)Strong commitment to working safelyGood attitude, with excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailReliable, hard working, and a team playerWe know that sometimes people need non-standard work hours, and would be happy to discuss the options available in this role, or similar roles across our business.BenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because it's our people that set us apart and drive our business' success.
