You will add value to our clients by providing treatment recommendations, including bespoke treatment plans and product recommendations to help them target their concerns.Our clients come first; this role will build long-lasting relationships ensuring client experience is always a gold service – so they will come back wanting moreInterested? Here is what you'll need to be successful…A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded.Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.While not essential, experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is regarded.With a collective 25 years of combined experience across our group, we understand the needs of both our clients and our team.
