The key responsibilities of this role are to provide expert technical advice to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance programs for critical infrastructure, including roads, drainage systems, bridges, and footpaths.
The successful candidate will oversee work order scheduling, maintenance planning, and contribute to ongoing improvement in productivity and performance measures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading the planning and scheduling of maintenance works in alignment with the Forward Log, Back Log, and Maintenance Schedules.Collaborating with coordination teams to finalize draft work schedules and adjust maintenance plans for reactionary tasks.Managing annual minor works programs, including footpath and kerb replacements, heavy patching, and yearly resealing programs.Assisting with grant reporting and the administration of local road authority regulations.Preparing contract documentation, the calling of tenders, and awarding contracts as necessary.Fostering a flexible and skilled workforce through positive and effective staff management and conflict resolution.Utilizing mobile technology and maintenance management systems to enhance work organization and reporting.If you have experience in infrastructure maintenance or construction and are familiar with maintenance management systems - Apply today

Attractive Salary + Super + Civil Liability allowance (3.5% on base salary).Permanent Full Time 35 hours per week.Options to accrue flex time and flexible working arrangements.Generous leave entitlements - long service leave after 5 years.Scope for performance-based salary increases.What are the essentials?
