The RoleReporting into the Service Manager when necessary, although the role will become quite autonomous once you know your sites, you will be looking after a range of commercial, high-rise, and major retail sites as part of your run.
The work involves:
Base building to split systems type workChillers to ducted and packaged unit worksCooling tower service and other various preventative maintenance workThis role offers a good mix, and experience on all isn't required, as industry-leading training and support is on hand here.
They service a huge area of the state, which allows for sites close to home, making life easier whenever possible
RequirementsWe need an Arctic qualified HVAC Technician who might be looking for a more stable and diverse career-focused role.
Candidates should possess:
Superb presentation and problem-solving skillsThe ability to convey information to the building manager / client when on-siteThere are many of these roles available, but this firm rarely advertises and can truly offer better working conditions overall than anyone else in the market.
