The Great Northern Hotel is seeking dynamic Duty Managers and Bar Supervisors to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in a busy, fast-paced venue Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with RCG and NSW RSA requirements Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure smooth running of all shifts Assist with rostering, stock control, and reporting Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a busy venue Current RCG and NSW RSA certifications Availability for shift work, including late nights and weekends Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Why Join Us?
