Role Overview As the Disability/NDIS Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Disability and NDIS division, focusing on strategic growth, operational leadership, and delivering exceptional, client-centred care.
This role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on team management, ensuring our services meet NDIS standards and reflect our mission of providing high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Conduct market research, anticipate client needs, and drive initiatives that expand service offerings, geographical reach, and financial sustainability.Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, compliance with NDIS standards, and continuous service improvements.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team, fostering a supportive, client-focused culture aligned with our HEART values.Financial Oversight: Manage the division's budget and financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainability.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, representing Platinum Healthcare at events and forums.What We're Looking For Recognised qualification in Community/Disability Services or similar.Proven leadership experience in the disability sector, with a deep understanding of NDIS legislation, standards, and funding, and a track record of driving growth and service expansion.Strong financial acumen and experience in resource management.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach and high emotional intelligence.Commitment to a person-centred approach and a passion for making a positive difference.What You BringYou're a strategic and critical thinker, capable of managing complex, fast-paced operations while inspiring your team to exceed expectations.
