The Studio Administrator will play a critical role in keeping our Brisbane Studio running efficiently by performing a variety of administrative tasks as well as assisting with payroll and invoicing.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Manage office operations: supplies, vendor coordination, and organizationHandle payroll and invoicingAnswer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiriesSchedule meetings, appointments, and arrange travelMaintain and update physical and electronic filing systemsPrepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentationsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesCoordinate office events, team-building activities, and company initiativesAssist with special projects and other administrative tasks as neededTo be successful in this role, you should have the following skill set: Qualification in administration or relevant industry or certificationProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipmentExcellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismPositive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAt Hames Sharley, we place significant emphasis on fostering a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal well-being.
